Are You Staring Into That Marvelous
Light? Are you staring into the Marvelous
Light? That same marvelous light described in the song bearing the same
title. A song of moving and uplifting lyrics, from which I derive this
particular line; "Into marvelous light I'm running, out of darkness,
out of shame, by the Cross you are the truth, you are the light, you are
the way." Running into marvelous light, that can be a path that all
may want to take, don’t forget your sunglasses. However, it is also a path
from which many will stray, the light is only blinding to those who refuse
to follow it. From the same line can be acquired yet another inspiring
thought. "Into marvelous light I'm staring." Thus symbolizing our
efforts to continually look upon God and his infinite glory for support,
strength, guidance, wisdom, and unconditional love. Focusing our all on
Him, leaving behind the darkness and shame of this world. Standing firm on
the fact that it is through the Cross that Jesus is the truth, the light,
and the only way. "Staring into that marvelous light" is a way in
which Christians can say that they are putting the focus of their entire
lives on Christ. Focusing on nothing except that blinding light of God's
glory, and helping others to focus their attention on the same Marvelous
Light.

Your fault is this; you neglect to inquire into the things you are
ignorant of. If you cannot get what
you like, why not try to like what you get. Are you staring into that
marvelous light? If sinners be damned, at
least let them leap to Hell over our bodies, let them perish with our arms
about their knees. Let no one go there unwarned or unprayed for. We are bid to take, not
to make our cross. The golden rule for
understanding in spiritual matters is not intelligence, but obedience. Let us endeavor to live
so that when we come to die, even the undertaker will be sorry. The cross is a onetime
visual representation of God’s grief over sin. Why do you need a voice
when you have a verse? It is no more possible to
be a Christian without prayer than to be alive without breathing. For I am not ashamed of
the Gospel, for it is the power of God for the salvation of all who
believe. Romans 1:16 Do not conform any longer
to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your
minds. Romans 12:2 Because of the sacrifice
of the Messiah, His blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we are a
free people. Free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our
misdeeds. And not just barely free either, Abundantly free! Eph. 1:7 (The Message) “Lord, make me a crisis
man. Let me not be a mile-post along a single road, but make me a fork that
men must turn one way or another in facing Christ in me.” He is no fool who gives
what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose. He who cannot forgive
others destroys a bridge over which he himself must pass. Good works do not make a
good man, but a good man does good works. Aspire to Inspire before
you Expire God, who foresaw your
tribulation, specially armed you to go through it, not without pain, but
without stain. Give God what’s right,
